They had wonderful customer service

When I went to the front desk to get change the GM happened to be there. When I explained that my wife lost her balance trying to opened drawer he sent someone up this was around 5:00 PM. We reported it at 9:45 AM. The front desk seemed annoyed when my wife had ask for things

It was easy to checkin with the app and digital key. It was clean and the staff were great!

Front desk was very helpful and friendly. The shuttle to and from the airport was convenient. Continental breakfast was always good. The bed was so comfortable.

Clean room

Staff is PHENOMENAL at this location. Everything I needed assistance with they were very accommodating. I was traveling with my cousin and her cat, well the cat knew we were leaving and decided to hide. The whole staff jumped in to look for the cat, ultimately she found a nook under the bathroom sink to hide behind the board. But the staff went above and beyond to help us and reassure the cat would be found. Thank you for all you did to assist.

The hotel was great, large room! Great water pressure in shower. The coffee was cold at 5:30 am! When I asked about it, the clerk said we change it at 6. I think it had been sitting there all night.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Ours was a last-minute stay due to flight canellation.
