Clean quiet rooms and helpful front desk. Great place and location right on the light rail train for a great price!

The front desk experience was very inconsistent. Some employees (Angel, he is outstanding)were friendly and helpful, but others (we got back the hotel late, and no extra assistant to inform us how to get into the property)appeared completely indifferent. There was little eye contact or genuine effort to welcome or assist guests. For a Hyatt property, this was disappointing and far below our expectations. The biggest issue, however, was the elevator situation. The hotel has three elevators, yet only one was operational throughout our entire stay. Even more frustrating, the only functioning elevator was also being used by hotel staff. Guests were therefore constantly sharing the same elevator with employees, carts, supplies, and staff traffic. This caused unnecessary delays, congestion, and an overall feeling of poor hotel management. Having only one functioning elevator for both guests and employees is simply not an acceptable experience for a hotel of this size, especially when there are three elevators on the property. Overall, this stay fell well below the standards we have come to expect from Hyatt. The inconsistent front desk service and extremely poor elevator situation significantly affected our stay.

We don't stay in the city usually. We flew into the airport and rented a car for our journeys. The motel was extremely nice and convenient for our travels and back to the airport. The staff was friendly, helpful and laughed at my better half's sarcasm. The room was clean along with the rest of the hotel. We are not technology people so the elevator was confusing having to use our card first. We laugh now😂Thank you!!!

The room was very nice, depending on what side of the building your on you get a nice Mountain View! The breakfast had great options and the bar had good food as well. I chose the place because the free shuttle from the hotel to airport was very convenient.

Admittedly, a midnight check-in means staffing might be slim. I waited at the check in desk for at least 5 minutes before someone arrived to check me in. Then, I was told that the king room I had reserved was ‘given away’ and no longer available. In addition, parking my car on the property increased an additional charge. I was not impressed by the lack of clarity around details and the fact that the room I reserved was not held for me. I will not return to the Hyatt Place in Denver.

The lobby was very beautiful and cozy. The workout room was fantastic as well. We loved the water bottle filling station in the workout room. It was nice to have filtered water instead of tap water. Overall hotel was new and clean and lovely. Our flight left before breakfast opened so we were a little disappointed we missed out on that. Would have been cool to have a grab bag breakfast available instead.

The location was open n out of the way, near airport, shopping, food., so for the purpose of staying, it worked very well. Staff was professional and friendly. The bed I slept in, unfortunately was like sleeping on giant pillow., soft.,
