Had to pay for parking which I understand. What i don't understand is why I had to use UR code to pay for it. Since they take your credit card for essential why can't they do that for parking. Had some trouble doing it, thank God my sister was there to help. The staff didn't even offer to help. Still hoping I did it right. Also hoping I get a receipt for the parking charge.

Shuttle from the airport was the highlight of this stay. The property had been updated but cheaper out on little things like wall plates. The parking area was littered with broken down vehicles and was in a hotel plaza with 3 other locations. Room was ok and staff were decent. If you need a low priced night near the airport you have the local diner for daytime food.

There's nothing wrong with this hotel. It's fine for getting a good night's sleep if you are getting in late or flying out early from Denver. This issue we had was GETTING to the hotel. Their shuttle only picks up from one side of the Denver airport. There is no way for you to know this unless you call them and listen to their message. But here's the problem: we got in very late and there was construction all along the entrances to the airport on the side we came out of. Also, we had taken shuttles to various hotels before. So we were 1) in the habit of walking to the island where all the hotels pick up without taking note of what side we were on, 2) it was very late and we were tired and frazzled from delayed flights, 3) with the construction, we couldn't see the numbers on the entrance doors behind us. So my family with FIVE other people waited 90 minutes before we realized we were on the wrong side of the airport. I think the message said "Door 512" and the only door we could see was 507 so it seemed reasonable that we were in the correct place. Even when we spoke to someone they never said "Make sure you are on the correct side." WHY don't you pick up on BOTH sides like EVERY OTHER HOTEL????? It was a miserable night.

I just had a great and relaxing one night stay. Cozy room. Would stay again.

The room was too small and layout was unorganized without a closet. The water in the shower was hot which I really liked. Hard to find that anywhere else

If you are looking for a no-frills drop zone before an early morning flight out of DIA, this is your place. They serve breakfast, even grab and go from 4-6am, before the main breakfast is set out at 6am. We didn't use the shuttle, but were offered very helpful information about scheduling it. Parking was easy and the staff was attentive and nice. The rooms are smaller, but like I said it is a basic no-frills, but clean hotel for an evening before an early flight. If you're not into paying $200+ for what you're getting this might be the place for you! Lots of restaurants and quick stop style stores in the area.
