Do not stay here. Cockroaches in the bathroom. Homeless people staying outside our window. Room was dark and dingy. The room AC had a urine smell to it so I’m sure the homeless people urinated on the outside. It was not clean. The neighborhood is full of druggies. Did not feel safe after dark. No cups in the room. Just, no.

Not impressed with breakfast but others might find it adequate.

The hotel was ok. I didn’t like the amount of homeless and domestic activity outside. Some dude and lady where screaming at eachother at like 9pm. Hotel shows its age for being “updated”.

I never got my deposit back

The whole hotel was about 90 degrees , the bathroom was dirty ie hair in tub , on floor etc . And even after I paid for my room online in full with a card on file Insisted to still put up another 60 dollar deposit at check in .and advertised free breakfast that did not exsist.... Will never stay here again

At least eggs should be provided in breakfast

Not bad if you don't mind all the homeless people in the parking lot. Didn't feel safe at all, wouldn't ever book again. Glad I didn't have children with me.

The tub/shower had cracks and missing plaster. The front lobby had aromas of hing and other Indian vapors. They were no where near Denver airport and it took 20 minutes to arrive. Room was clean and air was sufficient.

Once you set it up online when you go into the hotel, you get assessed.Like eighty dollars worth of additional fees.

Staff at front desk was very unhelpful, I had to get my key card reactivated every night. (I was only given 1 card) When checking in they ran the card without telling us anything I only knew the price from booking online,I was never given a receipt. The pool was closed the whole time, but the sign up said closed for a day. I understand they were painting outside but it was still disappointing.

Good location for price, renovated rooms Breakfast was minimal. Waffles and donuts. They cancelled my friend's booking even though she called to reschedule due to a delayed flight. Even though booking confirmed the reservation, the hotel did not, leaving her without a place to stay. The hallways smelled musty and of smoke. They also wanted to charge her a deposit when I wasn't charged one. When I had a Doordash delivery, the employee didn't seem to know where the picture I showed was located on their premises. How do you not know the entrances to your property? I called for extra blankets and they only brought up sheets. There was also some sticky stuff on the nightstand that wasn't cleaned.

It was good the shower was hot and awesome
