Me and my family stayed here and we had a blast. The pool was awesome and the hot tub was hot. The area around it was spectacular. And the ice cream came in helmet cups and it was free like fortnight.

The property is very well maintained. It is a bit pricey but if you are attending a ball game or just walking around the 16th Street pedestrian area it is a great location. The staff were very helpful. Housekeeping is by request but they service your requests quickly. B Clark

Do better. The valet was having a bad day. The restraunt “TheOriginal” still waiting for them to call me for my table. Waited almost 2hrs after they told my family 40-45. The front desk wouldn’t let us check in 18 mins early. Told me my room wasn’t clean. Understandable, came back in 18 mins to be told they didn’t have my room. I booked 2 months in advance. Got that sorted out, offered my family a free meal fire out inconvenience. Never got that. Changed my room to downgraded room as well. This place struck out in every way possible.
