The staff was the standout from our stay. Any problem or question we had they answered and made sure we were taken care of. We also enjoyed the amenities they had. Hot breakfast every day, the pool and the washers are a few of the things we used during our stay. This was our 1st visit to Iowa and the hotel was about 15 minutes from anywhere. From downtown to Drake Stadium to the mall so it was centrally located. The downside is that you had to drive. There really isn’t anything around the hotel within walking distance.

Was very comfortable, clean and friendly staff. Great location, beautiful and peaceful. That trash is not picked up daily.

The amenities were amazing - the fitness center, the sauna, the hot tub, the indoor pool, and the entertainment center. The breakfast was very good. Also, the employees were hands down amazing.

Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The tvs are a little outdated, but had plenty of channels to enjoy. The staff were friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking and wifi gave us no trouble. The breakfast was delicious and well stocked with plenty of sitting. Overall a comfortable stay. I would definitely come back in the future.

Very nice , comfortable , clean room , great , pool/spa and sauna In room coffee / tea maker , I like to start my day with a cup of coffee , this was available in the breakfast area , but I had to get dressed to go there which was an inconvenience , not a deal breaker.

Our stay was good. No problems

We went for a three night stay and it was absolutely fabulous. If I needed an assistance, somebody was right there to help me, it is child friendly, and we were able to have access to absolutely everything on the ground. I appreciate it and if ever I need to go to Des Moines Iowa again this is where I’ll stay. Thank you.
