Staff at the deli/bar and Check in were wonderful!

Perfect for a quick night's stay! Friendly staff, clean rooms, excellent air conditioning, nice balcony views, and relaxing area!

Staff was friendlt, professional and courteous. Room was clean and comfortable. Some noise from nearby airport but to be expected.

Great room, big bathroom, clean. Whirlpool was great after long convention days. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was very sweet and quick when requesting more towels and such.

The beds were very comfy! The greeting we received from Leroy was horrible. He was clearly overwhelmed, but instead of apologizing for the delay, he got puffy with me, rolled his eyes, and ripped my credit card out out my hand and told me I was "doing it wrong," when I was trying to swipe my card for incidentals (instead of offering to help).

Hotel was great had a shuttle service from airport and the station. No breakfast available but there was cafe on site ad that was good.

The hotel was well maintained and pretty modern! The room was excellent with the exception of the TV placement, but since we weren't staying in the room too much it did not bother us at all. The male hotel receptionist who greeted us at check may have been having a bad day, or just was trying to be funny - but did not greet us with a nice attitude or explain that the shuttle service was not only available to the airport but also to the train station. His attitude started as soon as we called to inquire about a shuttle from the airport to the hotel, and ended right after check in. Other than the staff, the experience at this hotel was good!

The property was very clean and quiet guest were all nice and respectful the staff were kind and helpful for the most part the only thing that was sub par was the food not a wide variety and you had to travel a bit to find it but I didn't mind that fact I would definitely come here again sometime in the future
