It was acceptable, but nowhere near good. I didn’t realize that courtyards do not give free water bottles to Bonvoy members. There was a soap by the sink, but nothing else… no lotion, no shower cap, nothing. Also I found the bathroom door annoying as it did not stay open. It kept closing and made a slight noise when the door jamb hit the socket plate.

The hotel was clean and the staff was real nice. It gor warm in my room, I was able to adjust the temperature.

It said there was a bistro in a bar, and all it was was bar with four stools and some round tables and chairs. That was the bistro the restaurant the bar everything it was terrible. The pool was not clean. I would never recommend this place.

Every person I spoke to at the font desk was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and generally in good condition, and all of the furniture was comfortable. Plenty of outlets (incl. USB-C charging ports) by the desk and night stands for charging electronics. Once I managed to get the Wi-Fi to work, it worked well and didn't struggle to load web pages or streaming services. Should have skipped including breakfast with the booking. The breakfast included one small cup of coffee (which you can make in your room) and one item off the restaurant's menu, and for a one-person, two-day booking it would've been cheaper to just order on the spot.

The property looks brand new as it was recently renovated. The staff met all my expectations and were great. Shuttle svc to ORD and near train station was so nice! Would definitely stay again.

I recently stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott in Chicago and had a very pleasant experience. The property was exceptionally neat, clean, and well-maintained throughout my stay. The rooms were comfortable, spotless, and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing visit. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The hotel’s location was convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the city. Overall, I was impressed with the cleanliness and quality of the property and would gladly stay here again in the future.

Horrible trip overall

Everything was as it should be. Hot tub was nice also

The pool and hot tub weren't available to us during our stay. A big reason we choose this hotel was because it had a pool an hot tub. Also - We weren't warned about this upon checking in - Very disappointing.
