Pick up from Terminals 1, 2, 3 and 5 need to go to the Bus Shuttle Center Door 2. Starting February 1, 2024, the Chicago Department of Aviation is relocating hotel shuttle pickup to Terminal 2 Lower Level. Please follow signs to HOTEL SHUTTLES and proceed to Door 2C for Wyndham hotel shuttle. Pickup is at middle lane outside of Door 2C. Hotel shuttle pickup every 30 minutes at 15 and 45 minutes past each hour.

Room was clean. Very quiet. (I expected to hear jets near the airport.) Didn’t realize we would have to pay extra for breakfast and parking. Balcony window was dirty. 2 loooong hallways to reach room Desk gal didn’t clarify we could park around to the back. Nor did she give us the hotel map that showed parking until we asked when we came down to go to supper.

I stay here often. The staff is always kind. The location is convenient for my needs and the rooms are always clean. Never had an issue always my first choice in the area.
