Azure Palm Hot Springs

An amazing experience. The place was serene and magical in its own way. Staff was attentive. Other guests honored the sound level. It was very peaceful. Have recommended this piece to multiple friends.

The room was lovely, air-conditioning worked fine. I was surprised that there are no televisions in the rooms, but that is part of their culture. We requested a room with a mineral water tub and that worked very well. Water was just as hot as you want it to be and can be adjusted to be cooler. Overall 10 of 10 for all things.

Love this place. 2nd time visiting. Rooms are nice and roomy. The in suite spa tub is the icing on the cake. Friendly staff. Outdoor pool and spa areas are never crowded and always clean. Great couples massage. Can’t give this place enough praise. Nice getaway from the city. Will definitely be back.

Love this place. It’s so peaceful. Lovely surroundings and minimal desert landscaping. The pool and hot springs tubs are amazing. If you’re looking for a good soak and relaxation, this is your spot.

This was my second stay at Azure. The staff is welcoming. The amenities are top notch. I can’t wait to come back again.

So clean and QUIET. It was just what we needed. We enjoyed all the amenities, and did I mention how much we enjoyed the quiet? :) It is definitely pricey. I would stay there again, but at that price point, it's definitely not something we can do regularly.

We loved the Azure- it looked like it had been recently updated and the ameneties were beautiful, however, we had a really horrible sleep due to the construction next to the property that began at 6 am. There were buldozers that had a beeping sound every time they backed up that continued on CONSTANTLY throughout the entire day. So while trying to relax in the pools that morning, that is all we could hear. I know that the hotel isn't in control, but we wish that they would have offered a voucher to come back for a future stay or let guests know up front before booking about the construction. If we had known, we would have skipped going there, so we felt a bit cheated out of the "zen" experience.

Make sure you book the 2nd floor which is more expensive than the ground floor. This is the reason the hotel didn’t tell you.

The property was amazing and the hotel was very unique with all of the amenities. We were greeted by samantha on the night shift who was so helpful and drew everything out to help us as much as possible so we knew where everything was. The hotel had such a friendly and peaceful vibe

outdoor and indoor pools are cool.
