My room had roaches and crickets. Also it was right next.to the front entry so we were constantly being woken up by the door opening and closing. Plus all guests would congregate next to my actual bedroom and continue their loud conversations there. Awful

I never got to stay there

I did not stay at the hotel since the conditions were horrible.tge bedroom bad covers had holes made by cigarrets.The rooms were smelling badly and there was not personally when we arrived, we had to call so we could get in on the premises.

There is no staff on desk, though there is a number to call. The furniture needs much cleaning. Sofa and throw blanket and pillows look so dirty and worn out. Doesn’t look like pictures at all.

We contacted the manager repeatedly by text and phone to obtain towels and a blanket for the bed. We were ignored.

Room #3 needs an hour of work to repair rot in the bathroom and finish the patched but unpainted door frame.

Blood on mattress. No blinds on bathroom window. Cracked furniture. No front desk. Abysmal.

The staff! The housekeeper is amazing! The man that runs the hotel is so nice and everyone is so accommodating!

There was one cleaning lady for the entire location no hospitality and restroom door didnt close things were broken..

Terrible neighborhood, no deadbolt lock or chain on door to room, no hair dryer, no utensils in kitchenette to stir coffee, single ply toilet paper, etc etc. this should have been rated a 2 star at best. I paid over $--- to stay here - terrible.

This place is nothing like advertised. NO staff on the premises!! Dirty lobby, empty liguor bottles in lobby, green jacuzzi , marijuana/smoking friendly and dirty bathroom in lobby. Bad neighborhood. Self check in because there is no staff!! Unsafe!

It was very cozy and charming. Very well taken care of as well. The staff was very helpful. If you are looking for something private, this is the place! The pool and spas were amazing!

First the room is too small and the bed is very uncomfortable. The pool temperature was not hot enough to soak. Also, this hotel was "Adults only" but, there was couple with two kids in pool. Overall, the place is outdated and overcharged.
