I loved everything about the property! The beach access, the room service, the food was good. Only thing I didn’t like about the property were one of the waiters during breakfast. I didn’t get his name. Black hair black glasses, VERY RUDE!!! He made me feel unwelcomed

Access to the beach was great. All of the staff I interacted with was really nice. We had a room by the elevators, and heard them running all night long!!!!!

Cons: breakfast wasn’t that good and lack variety. The eggs were extremely wet and tasted like egg beaters not real, the bacon and sausage was way too salty and the overall quality needs to be improved because i see lots of people leave the lids open and kids coughing into or around the food. Pancakes were tasteless, store prices were ridiculous i paid $16 for 2 bottles of smart water that i could get at the gas station for $5. Segars restaurant (although nice and eloquent) the prices were outrageous for the smallest 6oz steak it was almost $75 no value options and they charge you for sides individually which was higher than Ruth Chris steakhouse. The price for wings was also ridiculous ordering from the seaside lounge and bar. $12 for 6 wings/ $20 for 10. I hope Hilton adds an all inclusive option next time along with a full minibar for the prices we are paying.

Our view was amazing. Room was clean and smelled so good. Pizza was good but not worth the price. Would recommend and would stay here again.

Nice place to stay. Our room wasn’t as clean when we first arrived and smelled like cigarette smoke. The staff was nice and the beach is super close.

I went for 4 nights and only 2 elevators was working of 4 .Lacked of maintenance in the main lobby, strong smelling of Clorox in the Inside pool, Not much activity’s to do.
