Noisy traffic at night. It was like trying to sleep next to the Indy 500. DO NOT STAY HERE if you require quiet for sleep.

Dylan at the front desk was great!! The breakfast was good with multiple options. Only thing I would change, crispier bacon!
-
Very helpful staff. Very clean hotel. Good complimentary breakfast. I would stay there again. AAA+

We went to a concert in Detroit and stayed in Dearborn. It was 16 minutes to Little Caesar’s so a great location. Easy access to downtown. All was good.
-
Everything was great, except for the water pressure in the bathroom. Both the sink and shower had real low pressure.
-
The room is clean as well as the gym. The staff are courteous and helpful

New facility next to two other hotels. Spectacular breakfast. For EV owners: Juice box chargers onsite, although ours didn't work.

Hotel was a very reasonable price and included breakfast and parking. About 10 min drive from Ford Museum and 20 from downtown Detroit. It was clean and rooms were very comfortable. We got the king suite because it was such a good deal. Staff were beyond friendly and helpful!

The room was larger than expected and super clean. I can’t think of anything that could have been better to be honest, I really enjoyed my stay!

Location worked out very well, room was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was very good - just wish it was served earlier. Room needed some fixing up - shades did not work (reported and they did fix). No desk chair to sit on. And when pulling in with trailer always difficult with concrete curbs at entrances.

Everything was perfect! Above all, the staff. Every single one of them. We have never felt more at home and welcome at a hotel before. Front Desk guys were terrific, breakfast guy fantastic, and cleaning staff went above and beyond leaving our room so beautifully arranged when we returned to it each evening. Room was clean, amenities were high quality, towels soft, beds amazing, public spaces (including elevator) all clean and welcoming, and breakfast food was great - those cinnamon rolls!!!

None I was very disappointed with the way the checkout was handled. In most hotels, the front desk usually calls the room to confirm whether the guest is checking out or extending their stay. If the hotel is fully booked, they may also politely remind guests of the checkout time. Instead, a staff member came directly to my room and knocked very loudly on the door, which startled me. When I opened the door, he simply said “CHECK OUT” in a loud and unpleasant tone. What made the situation even worse was what happened when I reached the front desk. I asked the same employee who had knocked on my door whether the phone in my room was working. He said yes. I then asked why he did not simply call me instead of aggressively knocking on my door. His response was shocking. He told me that checkout time had arrived and that it was his “right” to come and knock on my door. I explained that this was not about whether he had the right to knock — it was about basic courtesy and hospitality. A simple phone call would have handled the situation professionally and respectfully. Instead, he continued by saying that checkout time had already arrived and that I was supposed to leave. I have stayed in many hotels and have never experienced this kind of attitude from a hotel employee. The issue was not the checkout time; the issue was the employee’s behavior, tone, and complete lack of hospitality and professionalism. This final interaction completely ruined my impression of the stay. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this hotel, and I definitely would not stay here again.
