Breakfast was the only thing that was ok Poor attendance and behavior from staff. Requested prayer mat several times but failed to get. Staffs were more interested in me checking out Too much mosquito and bo prevention I feel the reviews are rigged and are no real

The staff are helpful and cooperative. The room I stayed in has a window but is sealed. So, we could not see anything outside, and there was no veranda. So if we cannot see anything outside, staying in the room is no comfort. There was a bad odor once I got in the room, so I realized because the window could not open, the bad odor was produced once the guest left and turned off the AC. Although I have seen they have left open the doors in other empty rooms for the same reasons, it will not help.

The staff in the reception were very polite and checked me in without a problem, correcting the mistake made by Booking.com of two single beds to a larger single bed. I was very satisfied except for not having an outlet near the water kettle.

Really break quality is good but you could do it best. items should be more really and it will not cost you more. Location is good. AS I explained above including sound proof will be additional advantages. just some sound proof window glass and door sound can be reduce by adding some insulation protection.

Security guard very helpful They lied about airport tranfert. They dont have it. I've mail day before i come to check. They ask me all my flight detail. Guess what ? No driver at the airport. The reason, they dont have a car. Car is broken...

Great location, great balcony with a view (important for smokers), great breakfast Walls in the room have some mold on them, the paint flaking.
