I had a very disappointing experience. The app showed the fare was approximately 3,827, but when I arrived, they charged me 5,060 — a significant overcharge. I didn’t have enough money on me, and when I explained the situation, the receptionist was unhelpful and simply told me to go. We ended up checking in much later that night at 12:45 AM, which was incredibly inconvenient and stressful. I expected better service and transparency. Would not recommend.

Really nice hotel close to the airport and shoppings, also excellent safe food, quick prepared, great staff. Room clean, maintained and bed good for sleeping. Lights over the bed need fix but nothing serious.

The location and hotel The receptionist lady is an absolute rude person, don’t have any common sense of hospitality. The hotel management only recruited her for her looks only.

Nice lobby, quite neighborhood, proximity to airport dirty sheets, inadequate supplies of linens, uncomfortable quality of bed, surprise extra cost for any food or drinks you buy compared to posted prices, unrealistic money exchange rate, unfriendly staffs with lack of standard skill to run a hotel.

Look good inside God not clean and dirty mosquitoes are everywhere. the train loudness you can't go to sleep early hours like five in the morning also the trains runs late night the mosquito bite me everywhere the food in the restaurants flies everywhere even on the food I highly recommend not go with any kids or family if you do want to save your skin also the food is nasty the customer services really bad really rude the shower don't work most times. I paid 1 price they charge me more because you're on a foreign country you can't have a say
