They over charged us despite we showing them how much we booked it for here. They doubled the cost. They are bad people and rip you off. I have complained to them and they don't care. They rip foreigners off!!

Location The staff are not that much corporative as 5 star category. The check in was not smooth at all, staff wanted me to register marriott bonvoy and asking for my signature without even talking to me or taking my concern, i booked with breakfast but saying it is not showing in their system. For two rooms they hold 2 times bdt 135,000/-. Exchange rate they told me they will charge bdt 130 per usd which is 12.5 bdt higher than establish rate. Wow not planning anymore.

Perfect location, great food, quick service. Clean, good gym. Room had to be changed due to weak AC, but new room was fantastic and quickly solved & professionally done.

Location Surprisingly Many staff didn’t speak rudimentary English We were served HONEY when we ordered Heineken; Gin n Tonic had no Gin but the service otherwise was good. At Prego we were shown extreme understanding & our request was met with. The room rate was far too high

The staff was nice and helpful - especially Himel and Limon from Concierge. It is safe, since they have a lot of security. There is a hidden charge. The price apparently changes according to the exchange rate. They said it is "the charge, plus, plus (++)", so beware. They also require a £200 deposit, just so you know.
