I liked that the place is very close to the international airport, it was convenient for my one night lay-over before proceeding with the journey. I really loved the room, it was elegant and clean I didn't like that the discount that you get on booking.com doesn't really apply when you get to the property which is disappointing because it feels like you are being cheated. The property should not be displayed as discounted if you will get there and pay full amount or more.

Had a dispute upon checkout over the cost of snacks that they had left in the room. They had very clearly told me that the snacks were complimentary, and then they charged me US$19 after a lengthy unpleasant conversation.

Very responsive staff from the moment we pulled up. The hotel was clean and tidy and was perfect being so close to the airport. Can't think of anything to add here.

I didn't like that they overcharged us compared to phone booking since we used booking.com. and as a result they also made us pay for transport which was triple the cost of uber.

The hotel is in an excellent location, and the staff is very polite and helpful. Breakfast and the restaurant are decent. There’s a small gym—basic but usable for a simple workout. The facilities are clean and feel safe. It turns out that the premium rooms aren’t as modern as the standard ones. They’re larger but noticeably older. Next time, I’ll opt for a standard room instead. In my room, only one outlet was functional, while the rest were broken. The mattresses are a major downside here—my back isn’t too happy about it.

Room was nice and location was good. Be careful about your transaction with them, they take out money from your account even if it says transaction failed so be very careful here! They left an open chips on room and tried to charge us so check items at check in. Those above gave us really bad experience and this was the first and last time with this hotel.

Clean. Due to live music I wasn’t able to sleep. They should have mentioned it or at-least re-locate me to a different floor. Careful you aren’t allowed to get food from outside which I have found really strange. I travel a lot because of my work and this is the first place I wasn’t allowed outside food.

Only the location is good If you are coming as a couple, avoid this hotel. They wont treat you good. Staff doesn’t know anything about Customer service.
