I have stayed in other hotels before. But in this hotel I got more comfortable rooms and family-like hospitality and love, all the employees are very nice and friendly, thanks to the hotel authorities. All The Best

It feels like living in a house. The room smells like cigarette. When I was eating in their restaurant, I found a hair in the rice. When I first checked in the hotel, I had one extra guest with me only for 2 hours, I told the front desk about it. Still, he was reminding me that he could’ve charged extra for this extra guest. This is too unprofessional.

best part was the location from airport upon arrival, the staff wanted to charge extra 1,000 taka for my wife. plus they increased the price to 4,500 taka. and then when I was trying to go to airport in the morning, the reception guy said that shuttle service is not free but on booking.com it says it's free.had to argue with the staff to get a shuttle to airport in the morning which caused me to run late. extremely horrible experience!!!!!!!

Taking into the fact that this is not a 3/4/5 star hotel, the cleanliness of the hotel was average, the water flow in the bathroom needs are not designed properly that the flow of water is poor and can’t open two taps together, the bidet is to the left which should generally be on the right considering most people are right-handed, the bed sheets had stains here and there, the commode had yellow stain. Anyway, it was an average experience though better than the previous one we stayed in.

Only good thing was the location Staff were poorly trained, room smelt of smoke, dirty place.

Staffs are excellent. But toilet, bed quality, mattress, cleanliness are worst. Only the staff behaviour and helping attitude may stop you to leave. Room is worst, in terms of bedsheets cleanliness, mattress quality, feels like the springs are coming out. Toilet hot water only works in one of the taps, where your bucket will not fit in. Commode lid does not remain open.
