noting to like The staff were extremely unprofessional and seemed dishonest. They tried to exchange USD at 127 BDT when the actual rate is around 123. I arrived at 9 AM, they demanded a half-day charge of 1800+ BDT for just 2.5 hours. This felt like a scam. When I checked the room, it had a strong cigarette smoke smell, which was very unpleasant

The room was adequate for all intent purposes. I was there just to sleep and somedays throughout the day to carry out some tasks on the laptop. There was on demand hot water, air con to keep you cool and a certain space for yourself to conduct your business tasks. The staff were fantastic and they will often go above and beyond to make your stay pleasant. Thanks in particular to Ali, Nozrul, Rifiyat and Tutul and many more. For the length of my duration, the fact that you cannot bring in food from elsewhere may need to be reviewed. Also I would advise them to do one person meals as the portions were far too much for one person. Also take a lead and start doing sugar free drinks and products to stand out from the crowd ?

Food is amazing it's good but room wasn't enough fancy as 4 star and bed was little bit dirty also the bathroom wasn't enough clean as a 4 star..people(staffs are Good and friendly)
