Everything Rooms, Rooms Service, Neat and Clean Rooms, Large Parking inside the Hotel., Hot Water Through Out 24 Hrs. Sitting area was very comfort in the room.

the location was great, on the main street. rooms are comfortable. the staff was friendly and helpful, especially Muish in general was ok

There was a very dirty rug in front of the bed. After the room was supposedly cleaned it was clear that the toilet had not been cleaned at all. Unfortunately a school class was staying there and after midnight the kids were screaming and running in the hallway and neither teachers nor staff asked them to be quiet.

We had to get the linen changed before sleeping.

Property is big newly built, food is decent Well built hotel with poor management - Unsanitary conditions, shower curtains had Mould (manager Raj had no clue it was Mould). Very dirty carpets, initial room commode seat cover not fixed properly unable to use. Shower switch not working. Dirty sofa with food stains. TV channels not working had to request manger to recharge. (See my review on Trip advisor). We left the place after one day stay but ended up paying for all the three days. Booking.com should not let their customers down when a place doesn’t provide essential service.

Great food and great preparation. The views from the hotel were great. Could have more options (had almost same options for the breakfast for both days of the stay). Some of the stuff on the menu (for room service) was unavailable.

The room is nice and big. There is a good, powerful air conditioner, warming the room. The staff is friendly, welcoming and always ready to help. Hot water is not always available. Internet in the room. constantly interrupted and was weak. used mobile.

My stay at Shivaay Morex was a good one. The family suite was very nice with spacious rooms. Best part is the location which is centrally located in Bhagsunag - place is a little further to Dharamshala and McLeodganj with all the major attractions nearby. At times it appeared to me probably a bit under staff considering the guest load rest everything was good.

Hotel is over-rated and over-priced. Should be 2 stars if that. The check-in and check-out process takes too long. The hotel messed up on our reservation and gave our royal suite to someone else and wanted us to take another room, smaller room, for same price. After insisting that the error was on the hotels part and not ours we were given the room we booked. The rooms are not clean and we had to ask for room to be cleaned. Internet does not work, their wifi is old and outdated. We had to come down to 1st floor to use the wifi. The manager is shaddy. As we sat in the lobby, another guest was arguing with front desk staff about being overcharged. After 10+ minutes hotel did not fix bill. After customer left, the manager comes out of office asking the receptionist how much he got yelled at by the customer. The manager was sitting in office watching the entire interaction and hid in his office. Horrible customer service. He doesn't care about his employees or customers. Asked for towels and toilet paper multiple times Restaurants is okay, average food. Do not stay here! Walk to hotel is steep and most 3 wheelers or taxi's will not drop u off at property and you have to walk up the hill with your luggage. Good luck!
