Amazing room with beautiful view and value for money

The hospitality and energy here were top-notch! I stayed during the FIFA World Cup final, and watching the match together with all the staff and guests was an incredible, unforgettable experience. On top of that, the mountain views, friendly service, and cozy atmosphere made the stay really special. The food was good as well! The Wi-Fi signal in the room was a bit weak and disconnected occasionally, which could be improved. Also, the steps leading up to the hotel were a bit slippery due to the rainy season, though that is completely understandable given the weather!

Location wise, its good, it’s in the height. Very noisy due to the highway, didn’t find the staffs very friendly to communicate, however our requests were served. The property was not as clean, you could find so much dust in the room.

Stupid hotel didn't even give me a call it was closed when I reached there . Even though I have booked they closed the hotel at least they should inform me that it's closed due to various reasons . I totally wasted my time.

The room was so dirty not like how its shown in the pictures. We got scammed badly. Also the bedsheet and blankets were stinky. Towels were wet and used. Overall we had a bad stay and don’t recommend this place at all. Nothing. It was full of dirt and some kind of smell was there. No mat outside bathroom. Had a worst stay.

WiFi was really poor. The room wasn’t clean and full of dust everywhere. I was breath with difficulties once in the bed during the night. The sink was unscrewed. The overall room was a bit left behind with maintenance. The view was on a dump and the down road was full of trucks going up and down overnight. On top of everything there was a curfew due to the fact that the gate needed to be shut by 9pm, information that we got only when they saw us going out in the evening.

Very comfortable room. Good location too, but it's hard to get out. Either you have to walk along the busy road, or climb a ladder and go through a school, which was interesting. It wasn't super clean, and the shower wasn't hot

The garden and the restaurant was decent. Clean and friendly staff. The toilets was sticking the whole room. All the room was hard to sleep due to the bathrooms smells.
