We found everything was well managed. Pet friendly rooms. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Easy convenient stores, a bar and grill and fun places you can walk to from the hotel. The pool area was a nice large indoor pool with a large hot tub. I found the tile work around the pool area very sensible. The tile near the wet areas was slip resistant and resemble a walking trail. There were just a few things that need more attention. The hot tub has a warning that the tub should not be hotter than 104° however there is no temperature reading visible. Overall the hotel needs to be updated. This is a very conveniently located hotel and looks to have potential for a great future. We plan to return in a few months to go to some places we miss on this first visit. I would give this hotel a 5 star rating but they just need to improve the landscaping and update the anesthetics.

The location. The AC didn't work well in the first room they booked me in. The room they changed me to, did not have working WiFi. I told them about it the first day... but nothing was fixed. It never worked for all three days I was there.

Good value for sure but pictures very misleading, especially one of golf course, which I thought was next to property but wasn't, at least i didnt see it . We arrived around 8pm, reception was kind of surley, but free brkfst good value also.

The price was excellent for what was offered older motel but was clean and staff was good. Breakfast was just ok. Location is good for area. Would definitely stay there again. It was a 3 day stay

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was good.

Clean room which was nice and the breakfast wasn’t a bad addition however the pool hours end at 9pm so if you have a late check in or other things going on chances are you’ll miss the cut off time. The pool and hot tub were indoors which is nice however the pool was extremely cold and the hot tub was less than lukewarm and dirty. I thought there were more amenities and for over 100.00 a night you’d think there would be. There are a few restaurants located close by and be prepared for a 100.00 deposit even when you pre pay.

The only thing I didn't like was the service they treated you kinda rude regardless of who you are they talked down to me and the people in line in front of me.

When pulling up I was surprised because we really thought Ramada rooms were all enter from inside the building but they have 2 levels where you enter from outside. Now they do have inside entry rooms but I guess that wasn't an option. The property is clean, room is ok but not as updated as the pictures shows. Our room was cleaned right before arriving (the tub had traces of water in it). There are people who's staying there that walks a lot but it's understandable due to there being food places near by and convenient stores, so when reading reviews and come across where that's mentioned don't be too alarmed. My issues were, seen a couple of bug (roaches) in the bathroom and the lady that checked us in. We're asking questions and wasn't aware of the $100 deposit added (refundable) and asked if it could be paid in cash (card only) plus other questions and she hummed and sighed really hard like we were getting on her nerves...UNPROFESSIONAL she was! I believe if a person has questions, especially on the first time there, if questions are asked, answer! It's called welcoming the guest, make the guest feel comfortable staying at your establishment and doing so could bring the guest back but it's ok because my family and I will NEVER!! We occupied 5 rooms. Friendliness goes a long way with great customer service. The guy that was at the counter when checking out was very nice. Oh and for those that likes to swim or just sit around the pool, the pool is located inside.
