This family-run hotel is located in the center of Dinan, opposite the famous Duguesclin Square and near the château and its ruins. It offers spacious rooms with free Wi-Fi. Accessed by a elevator, the soundproofed guest rooms at the Hôtel le Challonge are equipped with flat-screen TVs with satellite channels and private bathrooms with a hairdryer. A continental breakfast in a buffet style is served every morning and there is a restaurant adjoining the hotel, which serves lunch and dinner. Newspapers are available each morning and bottles of champagne can be purchased at the reception. The location was perfect for enjoying the town, and the hotel room was comfortable with helpful staff and a nostalgic charm. It also offered an excellent breakfast of great variety and with delicious local products, homemade bread, and pastry. Everything was very good.

The hotel staff was very accommodating, especially Antone who helped with site directions and a late breakfast. The location was exceptional. We loved our stay in Dinan and Hotel Marguerite! Beautiful city on a hill!

Hotel Marguerite is an elegant little hotel in the heart of Dinan. The staff are friendly and helpful, my room was very nice, and breakfast was good. I can only wish I’d stayed longer. Everything was fine.

Hotel Marguerite was in an excellent location, we walked everywhere, numerous restaurants, close to historic center and even the old port. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The rooms were very quiet, something we really appreciated. The service was excellent! We would certainly stay there again. The spotless shower was on the small side.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The receptionist was exceptionally kind, friendly, and went above and beyond to assist us. The room was beautiful and spacious, with a clean and well-appointed bathroom. We also enjoyed a lovely view from the window. The location was excellent, making everything easily accessible.

Driving easy to find the hotel and park before checking in. Receptionist very helpful and friendly. Directed to free car parking only 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Excellent location able to walk everywhere in the town. Large room & bathroom. Outside certain hours nobody on duty.

Right in the center close to restaurants and shops. Big parking in front, so very handy. Friendly staff and good breakfast You can only check in at 4pm, the door only opens then.

The location - right at the city center with easy walk to the main attractions. I had very little time. The location made it perfect to start an early walk and then get back on the road.

Dinan is a jewel of a city and the hotel is in a perfect location for exploring. There is paid parking directly across from the hotel but the staff can also show you where you can park for free. They are also very gracious in giving directions and recommendations for dining out.

Staff were attentive and kind. The size of the room was amazing. Location is perfect! Elevator was super handy. Providing a fan in the room was a lifesaver. Bed was horrible! Felt like sleeping on concrete. I couldn’t move in the morning…everything hurt. Fridge stopped working and all of our food spoiled. WiFi never worked. Like not at all. Carpeting is nasty and old.
