The room was clean but very outdated and needs a lot of maintenance. The staff was not educated on service dogs ADA laws which caused some discomfort during check in. The hotel was ok for our 1 night stay and the price was excellent. Front desk is available 24hours.

The property needs upgrade.. The doors was hard to open and even the towels had blood on it.. I took pictures of the towels and I put that blood stain towel on the floor and the little one that was on the sink was dirty.. My first day I called for towels cause there was only 1 and the second day I called after we got back from graduation and my 2 rooms wasn't cleaned nor any new towels nor any shampoos and conditioner.. Glad we took those things just in case.. For me the customer service was not good at all.. I know I would never stay there again.. The only good thing was it was close to the freeway and places to eat close too..

Everything was good. There were a few people living in trucks on the property, but those people have to live somewhere!!!

This is by far the worst Inn I have ever seen. Within moments of entering the room you could feel and see that it was not somewhere you would feel comfortable sleeping. There were large cracks in the exterior walls that you could put multiple credit cards in side by side, the base molding was coming off the wall in multiple locations, picture frame glass was cracked, and the paint on the wall wasn’t covering the last decor change. That only the cosmetic appearance, the other things included the bathroom door would not close, the faucet in the tub was unusable, and the toilet had an oval seat on a round toilet. BUT the things that made it impossible to stay there were the large framed art work over the bed approx 4ft x 5ft was only held on by one screw in one corner, that looked like it was going to fall off at any moment. The other was the bedding, you could see large stains everywhere, on both cover and sheets, it made you feel uncomfortable just looking at it. We decided we needed to leave, so we took pictures and approach management, and informed them of the situation and we would like are money refunded. They said they would, and it’s been about six weeks and we have not seen our promised refund, despite many phone calls.

This property is older and located right next to I-80, which makes it easy to access. However, there is no escaping traffic noise and air pollution. It is affordable, but you get what you pay for.

Good customer service good place to stay on a budget

The building had a stench to it. The pool was not available to swim, it was filthy. The refrigerator sounded like a DJ booth. Towels had stains on them. Very out dated with a so called update but I guess that fits the price. Definitely not an 8.2/10 like it stated on the website. Air conditioning worked so that was a plus.

This hotel needs lots of work. Cracks in the walls, ceilings, and bathtubs, blackout curtains only. The pool is closed for the season and it’s June. Towels are stained and thin. Overall look for somewhere else to stay.

One reason I selected this hotel was so that the kids could swim in the pool during the hot days in May, but when we arrived, we saw that the pool was not clean. Lots of leaves in the bottom and top. this was very disappointing. Some things in the room were not in good shape -- the lamp shade, one light was out, the bathroom water tap. The staff was friendly. There was a fridge and microwave in the room. We slept well in the beds. Property was quiet at night.

The vent in the bathroom was crazy loud. There was crud on the floor of the shower.

I never have had to pay for services that I didn’t use. Will not be staying there again. Desk staff told me it wasnt their problem that i booked for 4 nights and changed plans and stayed 2 nights. They charged me anyway. Will never use this hotel again and will not be referring this place.

Well lit parking lot

Toilet was a little bit dirty. Carpet is super old and dirty. All furniture is old. If you want something modern, then that hotel is not for you. I won't go back.

The room was dirty. There was sunflower seeds all behind the headboard hair everywhere that wasn’t ours trash they said there would be a pool. The pool was shut down and staff made us wait until morning. Time to get toilet paper.
