Good space with kids and connected to a farm which is a big plus for families with kids. It was great!

The room was spacious and clean, we loved free entry into the farm next door, we went everyday and our 4 year old daughter didn’t want to leave. The hotel has outdoor playground for kids too, trampoline and a little pond as well. We loved everything. I would like the shower head to be better, but it wasn’t too bad of an inconvenience. We would love to see more breakfast choices like sausages and scrambled eggs.

Newly renovated, beautiful rooms. There was also a farm right beside which is free entry for hotel guests. Very cute animals for kids to feed and pat. There was no sheltered parking or drop off, so I had to unload my luggage in the rain. They were also strangely anal about towels, charging $150 for additional towels. However, asking nicely allowed me to get an additional set for my kid for free. There was also nothing going on after 4pm, which makes it difficult to find entertainment.

The room is ready spacious and clean. Daughter very happy with the giant bear in the room. And staff is really helpful and nice. I will definitely come back

Amazing room, very comfy bed and great bathroom facilities. The farm is just next door (with complimentary access when u show room key), and there are free redemption for feeds in the farm. Animals in the farm are well taken care of and it was an exceptional experience for the kids. The breakfast is very mehhhhh .... No eggs (whatever style) available, bread toaster doesn't warm up and fruit selection is disappointing (considering Yilan has a wide selection of fresh fruits).

Very kids friendly with many facilities suitable for kids and the farm is just next to it. The kids enjoyed it alot! Room is abit under maintained.

The exterior looks smaller than expected but they have everything in the room and compound. The location is a bit off but it's understandable. Would suggest having more indoor activities plan for rainy days.

The rooms are spacious and the beds are huge. There is an attached farm where my kid enjoyed being close to the animals. More food option around will be good. After breakfast, you literally need to head out of the area to find food or order food panda.

Amazing play facilities for kids, the paddle boats were a huge hit, water in the pond was clean too. Animals were very friendly and cute, we were pleasantly surprised by the variety of animals! We booked the 4-people cabin and it's great having more privacy and our little space. Beds were very comfy and buffet breakfast was great. The lights at night are also super pretty, lots of good spots for photos. Overall, highly recommend this place for families with young kids. They only gave one pillow per person and there's an additional charge if you want extra pillows or blanket, which is a bit odd because most people need more than one pillow if they're used to sleeping with a bolster.
