Reviews
-
- good facilities for athletes and families with small children - throwing your own garbage in the trash is only possible for a significant additional fee - insufficient cleanliness - the information about the opening hours for breakfast is different on the website, the closing time is actually half an hour earlier

A great and quiet place off the main tourist routes. Amazing staff creates almost a family atmosphere. We really enjoyed our stay. Nothing!

Friendly staff, nice breakfast

Too high price for such quality. There were lots of flies on the food in the breakfast buffet.

Room was clean There was hot water TV worked Wifi was good Staff were friendly, and at check out, they didn't charge me for a € 2.90 bottle of water, which was in the room, which we thought was complimentary. It was the F1 race weekend, and it seemed that alot of accommodation providers took the opportunity to surge their prices. This hotel was one of them even though this hotel was far away from the track. Was charged € 270 for the night. I think if you plan to massively surge your prices, you will be reviewed based on that rate. There's no way this hotel can justify charging this much for what you get. Let me start with the room. Size was ok but due to it being summer, the room is hot and there is no air-conditioning so you're left with the choice of either leaving the balcony door open and let mosquitoes in or leave it closed and not sleep properly due to the heat. The bedding was low quality, and the fitted sheet was synthetic, which made you itch while the pillow felt overused and really soft with no support. We got to breakfast at 8.30am. The breakfast had already been raided, and it looked like a buffet on its last legs. Nothing was replaced, and everything looked like it's been sitting under warmers for a while, which made the food overcooked. The pastries were not fresh. In the end, I could only eat some yoghurt as I just wanted to leave.

The property is simple, but clean and and a great value. We were attending F1 races at Red Bull Track. Felt very welcome and comfortable. Breakfast was sufficient, but wasn’t a large selection. But definitely sufficient and good.

Staff is super friendly and helpful. Enough choice at the buffets (breakfast & dinner) Even is there are many rooms, you never get the feeling that it is crowded. I recommend it if you need calm, even with kids, there is enough space to play (foot, playgrounds, animals, small lake 5minutea away, climbing wall...)

Breakfast was ok Staff was not speaking english and a particular person of the staff was very unfriendly and not service minded at all.

Nice skiing resort, excellent slopes; the place is a little deserted in the evening

Rooms and service had been perfect, only the food is really not good, maybe for small kids. It taste and looks like in a canteen at school.
