Muy amplia la habitación y con lo necesario de refrigerador, microondas y cafetera. Muy lindo hotel.

Housekeeping was deficient. No Kleenex, no water in the room.

The hotel itself is bright modern and as good facilities, the location is $25 or 5 miles from the airport. There’s a swimming pool outside and a gym in an adjoining block. Staff are excellent, polite and keen too assist and help.

Fernando provided 10/10 service from start to finish. He anticipated our needs before we even had to ask and did so with such a warm, friendly, and welcoming demeanor. Traveling and dining with a family of four can sometimes be challenging, but Fernando made everything effortless and enjoyable. Big kudos to Fernando for taking such great care of our family. His attentiveness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made all the difference. We will definitely remember this experience and look forward to returning!

I had to turn the AC unit off (in south Florida, in June) because it was so loud I could not sleep. Seems like a fundamental component of a hotel in Miami to have quiet AC units.

Perfect for every trip to Miami

The room size was sufficient. It was clean and well kept. There was no kettle or tea maker in the room. Not everyone is a coffee lover, so there must be options for making tea as well. Called the room service for a ceramic cup to boil water in the microwave but they didn't have it as well. These are basic items in a hotel. Also, we had requested a late check-out which was granted initially, however the reception called later on to tell us that they are going to charge us 1day stay. It was a mistake from their team which they sorted out and allowed us to stay in late, but I had to exchange some unpleasantries unintentionally that could have been avoided if things were made clear at the first instance itself. Breakfast is very basic with no gluten free options at all.
