family friendly, kids loved the sandpit, swings and table football polite and friendly staff clean and tidy good parking spot close the shops the air conditioning wasn’t working very well, opening the windows made the room cooler than the AC

I am not sure how it became 4 star.. extremely small bathroom with lot of mirrors (infact who put mirror in front of toilet seats). Spider and mosquitoes inside room. Uncomfortable mattress.. the cooling system got stuck to one point, no auto adjustment.. you need to get up to close and then turn on the AC. For 2 people only one sleeve, but thanks to staff lady..she provided pillow and sleeve. But fighting with mosquitoes was a real deal and staff also couldn't help though. The water tap system in shower Was awful, cold water get stuck and then suddenly extremely hot water flows.. overall not worth it..

The rooms are very large and interestingly decorated. The hotel is in a very nice building and has a free car park and is easily located near to the motorway. The staff are very friendly and the food in the restaurant is exceptional. We have asked before if the chef is famous in the area and they reply "no, but he cooks with local produce and with passion". Worthy of a high class restaurant and half the price. The waiters are also very knowledgeable. The pillows were uncomfortable. Free water is available in glass bottles - which is better for the environment but the cleaners make a lot of noise clearing them up early in the morning

As we had travelled to see a Dortmund game was nice it had a BVB theme. The rooms were clean - location was walking distance to a tram station to get to football stadium Breakfast was average.

Staff was nice.. breakfast was good too The pillows were hard to sleep on and the cover was heavy. The room was very cold. I asked about heating and it didn't work. The baby cot wasn't ready upon arrival, when I had specifically asked about it on reservation.
