I liked the house keeping which was excellent I was there during winter, coming from a country with a warm climate. I did not get adequate assistance when I requested assistance to keep warm. It is an international hotel yet I found it difficult to communicate in English

The hotel is old and used, but it did not bother us.

Everything was great. A room with a balcony, just a few minutes from the YELLOW WALL. Great service, best regards to Snjezana. "Sefica" is really crazy and that blew me away, so much fun.. For sure I comming back. BVB vs Bayern????

The staff is the most remarkable asset. Friendly and helpful The hotel does not look appealing. It needs renovation in every corner. We arrived late in the evening and the room was really cold. Bed linen look old and not clean. Some hair was found in the bathrrom. Our room light was off the 2nd night, so they changed our room. In our new room, the bathroom light was not working. If I decided to stay in a budget accommodation, I expect it to be on a buget, not ca. 80€ per room.

Perfect location to visit a Borussia Dortmund game. Very close to the stadium. Outdated, very small shower and the beds are not comfortable and very "squeaky". I don't mind staying in an outdated hotel, if the price is fair. This was not worth 182 euros for 1 night, breakfast not included....

Proximity to our destination was perfect. Staff were very helpful. All basic necessities were met. Cleanliness of bathroom could be improved on.

I did not have the breakfast At the price of around €100 per night I would expect more facilities and service, for example complementary tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Though I would say that the staff were kind enough to give me a flask of hot water to use in the room. I would say that the whole building is looking old and in some need of modernisation.

Really nice and helpful staff. Was able to check in before normal time. Simple room but had what I needed. The hotel felt a bit old. Would need a facelift.
