Big room, great bathroom Not being able to find the hotel itself as it has two entrances and only one reception area. Not aware of second entrance which had the reception. Very poor communication with staff as a result.

overall good stay, nice room and great location in the city center. close to the undergrounds and main train station There was some confusion, I went to the location for the hotel and was redirected by a note on the door to go to the other NYCE city hotel that is down the road.

The breakfast is delicious with different types of bread, croissants and salty and sweet options. The location of the hotel is really convenient with a short distance to the centre and shopping area and the central train station. It is quiet and my single bedroom was spacious (even for 2 guests). On the first floor, it is the reception, the restaurant and a balcony to relax or smoke. It would be nice to have tourist information with maps in English (the only available leaflets were in German about the public transport)

Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Plenty of places to eat and drink close to the hotel and it was handy for some of the tourist attractions of Dortmund It was not a major problem but the hotel having two sites meant that breakfast etc was served at the other site, so some tea/coffee facilities would have been nice.

Cozy and stylish hotel. Comfortable room, everything is very clean. Great location in the heart of Dortmund, a minute walk from the metro station and 7 minutes to the main Hbf station. The great cafe where you can have breakfast, always find tea, coffee and snacks, and work if needed. I needed to stay one more night, the room price at the front desk was more expensive than when I booked on booking.com
