Comfortable and rooms and beds. No elevator - we stayed on the top floor and had a lot of luggage but we managed!

Modern and new amenities with lots of extras. Awesome "backyard" area that was very relaxing in the evenings. Very short walk to the metro.

Room service : I asked for room service to make up the room and clean it in the morning, I tipped the lady with €10. when I came back in the evening the trash bin bag was not changed and it was full of toilet papers. The shower gel that I used it was empty and not changed. Also the shampoo bottle. the small kit of cotton tige and cotton pad not replaced with new one as I used the one provided the first night.

It’s a design interior with beautiful photography art, very comfortable rooms and spacious common areas. Gym has aerobic machines and free weights! There is a sauna also. Breakfast was superb! Outside there is nice area with shops and restaurants, and cross the street there is an access to the lake. I took a run around the lake - it was 2.5 miles and really wonderful! These is more restaurants around the lake. There are 2 grocery stores within a short walk from the hotel. The place has limited parking spots in the front, but then there’s a a lot in 100 meters. We really enjoyed our stay ?

Every aspect of the facility met or exceeded our expectation EXCEPT that Room 001 (which is located in the basement) was very dark, and for some reason, too warm. The room itself was quite, very nice, but needs either much better lighting or a lighter wall paint given its location. Breakfast, housekeeping, room comfort, and hotel location were great. Recommend. Room lighting and warm temperature. The AC control didn't seem to function at all. We requested a portable AC fan, which was promptly delivered.

It was great overall ... Clean, functional, had everything. 3 issues ranging from big to small, lots of door noises from neighbors, toilet in separate room from sink, only check-in machine accepting credit cards so impossible to pay cash.
