I have been going to this hotel for years. The motel needs lots of work. Things are missing and doors do not fit, the only thing that was good, was the beds were clean. The free breakfast was a joke. They did not even have any coffee for the guest. The waffle machine did not work and there were only three apples in the ben, and the top one was rotten. There were no one around to complain to. The worst thing that happened was the electricity on the whole wing went out and no one came to the room to check on me or offer me another room. That meant no heat or air for the room. Also, the room is close to the road, and I heard trucks all night. I should get a complete refund for my stay. Needless to say, after all these years, they lost a loyal customer. I do not recommend this motel to anyone.

The bar was closed room was nasty and the bedding was wet.

I like my room. Upgrade. The homeless hanging out at the big trash can,with 3 shopping carts. And you can stand out and smoke with out them bumming.

I didn’t like anything at all The room stink the sheets were stained. The location is horrible. I do not recommend this hotel to anybody.

Lots of cops around that area. They also tried running my card multiple times after we stayed a night there. They tried to run my card for months after until I filed fraud charges on them. Got to the rooms both regular. My sister has special needs. She ended up sleeping in her wheelchair that night And didn't let me know till the next morning. Because she knew I had driven from Fla to Al Only had 2 hour sleep. After put our stuff in our rooms 9:30pm. All night long people making noise with door slams,talking loud outside and loud music. Still not much sleep for me. Next morning Amanda showed us another room for my Sister. Which we could live with. Had To move my sisters things again. To other side of hotel not next to my room like we had requested. Housekeeping were to make her bed up while me were away. But didn't do the room as Amanda had put in notes to get it done. We visited family . Didn't get back to my rooms 1:30am Had to go to front desk. To see about getting some linens for the couch sleeper. Another 2hours now. When I go to my room key would not work Now back I go to front desk. She said someone had change me to a one night stay. . A LOT MORE BAD STUFF HAPPENED . But no more space.

I was told the pool was clean before coming. I drove 2 hours with 6 kids, paid for both rooms and the pool was GREEN and looked like it hasn't been cleaned in months. We were only in the rooms 10 minutes and I was refused my money back. 0/10 would not recommend.
