The closeness to restuarants Kids playing basketball outside my room on walkway snd beating and banging on wall next door. Drunks hollering at me everything I walked outside appeared to be drug deals happening outside my room Beds were hard pillows were ok practically existent. Bathroom was extremely tiny. Could not open door without it hitting toilet shower dmall

Convenient to downtown and the Opra House. Workers who were drinking and partying until after midnight above and next to our room.

Friendly staff. It is an older hotel and i would have to lift the handle on the door to get it to latch closed.

Couldn't get enough towels for myself and my guest. Tv was broken and had to wait overnight for a new one. Pool was absolutely disgusting to the point that I couldn't use it. Won't stay ever again

Friendly staff, clean comfortable room. Good coffee, but I thought there was supposed to be a hot breakfast. Some of the other guests threw beer cans off the balcony.
