Staff was nice room was cold only thing was pool looked like it hasn't been cleaned in awhile it was dark green and I had stains on my pillow case and my refrigerator was dirty but the bed was comfy so it was fine I only stayed one night

The location As soon as I walked into the lobby I was greeted by an unpleasant smell. But I pushed passed that. Once I got to my floor, it smelled like cigarette smoke; which this was supposed to be a non smoking building. I entered my room and it smelled horrible. The floor was probably swept. I saw crumbs all over the floor and the shower was NASTY. It hadn’t been cleaned at all. There was hair left from previous guests. And dirt all in the shower.

Enjoyed stay but there was a strange odor the other hike time I was there . Room was clean . I still think coffee maker in bathroom is disgusting . Bring back the gravy for the breakfast . Everyone is very friendly .

They did not recognize our service dog resulting in giving us a terrible room and charged us $57 extra. The staff was rude and condescending. The room was not clean with a terrible odor. We have never experienced a situation like this and we travel often with our small hearing assist service dog. Don't stay at this hotel!!

clean room. nice breakfast There was only one chair in the room that made it uncomfortable for two people. There was no tv remote in the room. Staff did come to the room and connected a new remote to the tv.

Staff was unfriendly. Both desk staff and breakfast staff which began removing juice etc before we were done.

The front desk lady said they will be remodeling this place within the next couple months.. i’m sure it will be better :)
