Centrally located hotel Parking within the footfall of the hotel Quiet hotel, mainly appeared to accommodate business people while I was there The menu for the evening meal was varied however two items ordered were not available Breakfast fairly standard fare for a Brazilian hotel so difficult to see it as anything special or standout to others

Breakfast was excellent. Room clean. Asked for a cup of Coffee at 7pm down at the bar and both nights couldn’t make it. Disappointing.

Nice hotel. Reception and restaurant look amazing and chic. Breakfast was perfect. The lady at the reception who checked us in was very funny and welcoming. Furniture in the room was dated. It didnt bother us much though. Otter guests being loud in the hallways.

The staff is always great! I have been staying in this hotel since 2000. The pool, it is a mess! At the city of Dourados, too hot, the pool must be the relax key point.

I always stay in this hotel. but I have to say that I expect much more of a room where I paid 140 euros. This is more than average in Europe. It was not clean and some devices were really old (yellow). The dinner ordered was not worth the price either.
