The guy at the check in smell weed, bed sheets wasnt clean. The breakfast stop at 9am.

This motel is reasonably priced and appears to be well-maintained, though there’s room for improvement. The hallways have a cigarette smell, and my “non-smoking” room was no exception. The staff was friendly and welcoming. However, I was surprised to find three small roaches in my room upon arrival. If you’re on a budget, I recommend staying here. If you can afford a bit more, I suggest looking elsewhere. I was disappointed that my sleep apnea CPAP machine retained the cigarette smell from the previous day when I returned home.

The Good: Staff was polite and attentive. The property was clean and tidy looking.

I liked the price. Although we didn't eat breakfast there it was nice to know it was available. It was also very central to everything we wanted to do on our trip to Delaware. They did take our trash out every day of our stay. Upon entering the lobby for check in it smelled strongly of marajuana. Under the sink in the bathroom there was a towel and a bunch of litter, including a lolipop. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. The first room in the hall always looked like it needed to be vacuumed.

It was below decent it’s just that the hotel smells a lot like smoke and you inhale a lot of that and the beds are pretty hard and you wake up with back pain plus there is no pool it’s empty and green like they don’t maintain it

The affordability The surrounding location was sketchy. The hotel seemed dated.

It was quiet and the staff were kind The sheets on the bed had stains, mold in the AC, shower curtain was gross, and the hallways smelled like cigarette smoke

The staff manning the desk. Outer door lock would not accept key card after one use. Had to walk quite a way to get a new key card 3 times. Always a puddle around the ice machine and trash underneath the outside stairwell.

The place was a mess. There was a funky smell, sort of like moth balls, on the first floor. But worst of all, the bed was horribly uncomfortable.

The entire hotel REEKED of pot smoke. It was revolting. The pool was disgusting; no one in their right mind would use it. Our room smelled terrible ALL the time - have the A/C units ever been cleaned out? The desk chair in the room was not only broken, but the seat had two large gashes in it. The armchair back was ripped up. The flower pots outside the front door of the hotel held absolutely dead "plants". The staff was nice enough, but whoever owns this place is not putting enough money back in to the property to maintain it. I would never, ever stay in this hotel again.

The check in was fast. The room was clean. My only complaint was breakfast was only served from 7am-9am . Not a big selection.

Breakfast and the toilet in our room were the only things that were pleasant. The breakfast had a decent variety except for the fruit. The toilet worked so well that I wanted to bring it home. The whole place was nasty. Black curly hairs on the sink in our room, floors dirty, mismatched and stained towels. corners Very dirty, windowsill and closet shelves were dusty. But the WORST was the front desk staff. We arrived, he was "busy" putting his new phone cover on his personal phone, amazon bag was on the floor behind him. When he finally looked up at us, he shook the phone at us and explained that he had been waiting FOREVER for the cover. We explained that we were in town for a funeral and would like to get checked in. He then took a phone call. When he finally gave us his attention again, he wanted to have a conversation about how women just don't understand men. If I had not been rushed, I would have had a conversation about how some people don't understand the meaning of SERVICE. This man should be working in an office somewhere away from the public.
