The night staff. He was not honest and tried to fool me as tourist with the price. Very small and uncomfortable room. Laod air-conditioner, I couldn't sleep well. Sounds are very loud from the street.

The breakfast was good and filling. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and tidy. The cable TV was not working. The location was just a bit of a walk off from the metro station (not really an issue in the evening)

It was the cheapest hotel during the peak new year season time. The room was fair for the price. Staff was really friendly. The location feels like I’m in the middle of an Indian city, very busy, not super clean area. The breakfast is not worth it. Options are very limited, food tastes weird and it’s being served on cheap styrofoam plates. Room is not ventilated well, the window is obstructed by a huge AC unit outside. Room feels old and in need of renovation.

The amenities are not bad and considering that it’s a 1-star hotel. The staffs are good too. The laundry is good but also extremely cheap.

Wonderful hotel, staff is great especially Mr Hanishe in reception and the Chef in restaurant very helpful and professional.
