Its clean and near to the beach They only gave us 1 access card even though my partner asked for 2. So whenever we order food online, my partner needs to go down and take the access card with him leaving me in the room with no electricity and all

Amazing location.Jumeirah beach is 2 mins walk from the hotel. They have bike and scooter for rent 18 dhs per hour. Hotel provides beach chair and towel for free. Lot of nice restaurants.. running track and cycling track in front of hotel. extremely bad breakfast. Highly disappointed. Mini fridge in the room was not getting chilled Toilet seat was not clean

Pool, staff, rooms Only arabic tv channels and no internet on tv. This would have made our staycation a lot better. The buffet breakfast was not good or the choices were so leas and expensive so we did not take it. Few choices for value for money food, only either expensive or fastfood. I hope hotel will have good inhouse food.

Proximity to all prime locations ie Burj Arab, Khalifa, what I loved most is the beach walk and the sense of security. Maybe upgrade the breakfast

The best location for those who like tranquility and presence of the see, it was possible to use not only the very close and nice beach, but also runway which passed by hotel near the walking promenade. My kid also enjoyed the pool on rooftop - not many sun chairs there, but also not many people (in January). Breakfast was basic, but sufficient. From the staff - special thanks to cleaning staff (sorry, forgot the names) and the most special thanks to very kind and helpful Etoch (doormen) - hope he's doing well :) The room could be little bigger, but i don't complain in general.
