Room is quite good size Hotel has parking however still charge 30 AED per night. Staffs are rude Room service is too slow - you ask for something and you are lucky if you will get it

Very clean, high quality accommodation. Convenient and quick to get to Dubai airport, centrally located with close access to metro and shopping centres. The staff are very helpful and welcoming. Should consider complementary parking to guests at least for couple of hours a day instead of charging separately for that.

First time to stay in a hotel with No free toiletries

Good in Room design, smart TV facilities I visit Dubai regularly for leisure, I like staying at different hotels to learn from their operations and guest experience. M Four Hotel has always been one of my preferred choices because of its room design, comfortable mattress, and Smart TV. However, this stay was disappointing. I was surprised that a dental kit is chargeable at AED 5. A dental kit is a basic amenity that guests expect to be provided complimentary by any hotel. While guests may bring personal items such as shaving kits or lotions, many do not carry dental kits because they are usually supplied by the hotel. In addition, the pillows were too hard and uncomfortable, which affected my sleep quality. I hope management will reconsider these points, as small details like these can have a significant impact on the overall guest experience.
