Location Front desk,there was no smile at all . I feel like mistakenly I booked this hotel . Conversation not satisfied. Housekeeping staff was good. Bell boy also nice.

The location No towel, the phone is not working . The staff is rude when i ask towel. They don’t care the guest because they’re not preparing the room completely and neatly.

There’s nothing to like about the property Poor cleanliness, uncomfortable accommodations, and bad service. Everything in the room is dirty with stains, a lumpy bed. Very rude and unhelpful staff !!!

Your receptionist should be more accommodating. For me she is rude and not accommodating at all It's better if you front staff are all accommodating

I didn’t like this hotel because the room looks very old and poorly maintained. The bedsheets and pillows had visible stains, which made the bed feel uncomfortable and unhygienic. There was also a strong smell of new paint and furniture that made the room unpleasant and difficult to relax in. In addition, the bathroom was not cleaned properly and did not meet basic cleanliness standards. Considering the condition of the room, the price is not worth it at all. I was disappointed because I expected better quality for the amount paid. If you truly have no other option and only need a place to sleep for one night, this hotel may be acceptable. However, I would strongly advise against staying here for more than one night, as it does not provide comfort or good value for a longer stay.
