The window of my room was so dirty I can’t see through. I book for the swimming pool. They told me at the counter it closed at six. The guy who take care of the pool told me it closed at 5. I arrived at the swimming pool at 5 and I told him I stayed until 6. He wasn’t happy. He mentioned the Ramadan. I am not Muslim and I don’t care about the Ramadan. Finally I feel so bad I went out of the pool at 5:30. So annoying.

Only The location was good Very bad experience. We were unable to sleep at all due to the extremely loud night club music, which continued every single night until very late hours. On top of that, the cleanliness was below standard and unacceptable. I do not recommend this place, especially for anyone looking for comfort and a peaceful stay.

We didn't like anything about this hotel.wish had better choice Bathroom was flooding.when having shower.the beds are tiny and not comfortable. Looks like hospital beds. Room had cockroaches. Lot of noise. Waste of money not worth usd 276 for 2 nights only without breakfast. and stress. Not clean at all.Would never book again there.

Location was good, near to the metro. The room was nice and spacious. The AC wasn’t cold enough during the last two nights. The housekeeping staff will open the door with their card if you don’t open the door from the inside, I was in the bathroom and had to come out in a towel and he didn’t even apologize.

Rooms are neat and new furbished. Comfortable and clean. Like what many others have commented. You sleep at 4am after all the clubs have closed. Just too much bass on the first floor. All the nightclubs blasting their music away. Hire those who are trained in hospitality services, they smile more. Could be more creative as the logo they use is a national symbol of Singapore.

The team here was very helpful.. Shout out to Santosh, Aaya, Henry, Sayona and Asif for being very customer-centric!! Had a great experience staying here.. and we even chose this hotel for our extended stay! Thank you! Guests are not allowed, which could be a problem if you are in the city to meet up with friends.

Cleanliness Location The staff was good ,except female philippine receptionist and Indian female receptionist. I didn’t see smile on their face and they are not patient to customer.And also Philippine receptionist was wrong the customer name that’s why she was asking xtra charges but I already paid with online and then she found it the real name list but she didn’t say sorry to me.
