Excellent staff, very welcoming and cooperative team at reception, Mr Kumar always there to assist, help n guide. Very efficient and commendable attitude towards guest. Cleaning staff are also doing their job in very good manners. The drive time increased considerably specially during office rush hours.

Excellent stay at Element by Marriott Al Mina Dubai. Clean, comfortable, and great value for money. Special thanks to Mhar at Mix Restaurant for his warm hospitality and excellent service during the breakfast buffet every morning. He made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

It was very poor services we didn’t sleep well as we faced issue with the ac the room was very hot and it the room services wasn’t picking our calls taking in consideration that every time i need anything I have to visit the reception because no one attended my calls At the end they decided to change our room at 1 AM !!!

Nothing It’s behind Aloft and kept roaming for 30 mins It’s Hotel Apartments with zero service and not Hotel The staff don’t care anything or they are very busy perhaps They should mention that it’s HOTEL Apartments Breakfast very basic NO Tea No fruits
