Absolutely, not comfortable for families. Specially, with kids. There is no AC on the reception No lights or welcoming water or drink. Not even a true smile. I had booked a half board three rooms . Unfortunately, they said the restaurant was closed and as a family in need to eat in the bar which is absolutely not OK for us as a families with kids

Every single staff is readily available to take your request and provide service. That was exceptional Swimming pool is too small but more importantly there were birds like pegions and crows drinking water from the pool, that may introduce bacteria, causing hygiene risks.

Service was great and room size is perfect. Price is very well appointed. Garage is nice and elevators work great. Thanks for allowing me to check in early as well. None of the restaurants/bar had the FIFA World Cup on. :(

It was great. Staff was very helpful. Break fast was not good like 5 star expectation. Drive to parking slot is very difficult, way is so narrow .

Breakfast was ok. Room was ok but TV system/subscription should improve, Its a Football season and finding a suitable channel was not possible instead we were advised to visit the bar at 0 Level. Bathroom Flush system was not working properly. First and the foremost- extended stay for an hour was not granted and the lights were switched off automatically. The courtesy was to inform us. It was indeed a rude turn out. The lady at the counter on 19th June afternoon duty was very uncooperative. Room was ok but TV system/subscription should improve, It's a Football season and finding a suitable channel was not possible instead we were advised to visit the bar at 0 Level. Bathroom Flush system was not working properly.

Rooms are big, comfortable, overall the property is well maintained. PuraniDilli restaurant is also excellent, staff are good. Reception of the hotel can be improved.
