The best part of the stay was undoubtedly the exceptional service provided by the staff. Every team member I encountered was professional, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, truly setting a gold standard for hospitality. Absolutely nothing

Clean comfortable rooms. Delicious breakfast My main issue with this hotel is the inconsistency in service and lack of coordination from management. Room cleaning is done at completely random times, and in some cases it is simply forgotten. After a long day, you return to your room expecting it to be ready, only to find it either not cleaned at all or left halfway through cleaning. This is extremely frustrating and not acceptable for a hotel of this level. Another serious issue was with guest registration and access. A second guest, who was properly registered, had to call and message me so that I could contact the hotel myself just to have a room key issued, as his registration could not be found in the system. This is both surprising and highly concerning, and clearly shows a lack of internal coordination. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have experienced problems at this hotel caused specifically by poor management. It feels like the same issues keep repeating over time without any real improvement. I will not be staying here again. For future guests, I strongly recommend being very careful at check-in: ask whether facilities like the pool are actually operational, check if there is any ongoing renovation, confirm all guest registrations, and ask about any changes. Some restaurants were closed during my stay, and this was not communicated at check-in. Overall, disappointing experience.

They do not issue an invoice if booked via booking.com. Big problems for my accounting, not a good feeling to leave with

Five stars are not enough for this HotelOur experience was perfect from start to finish. The entire staff was wonderfully welcoming and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed. We were particularly impressed by Marzoq, who was so polite, proactive, and kind. His service truly elevated our stay. The food was outstanding—the breakfast buffet had an incredible array of choices, and we loved exploring the different dining options for dinner. Everything was delicious. Thank you for a memorable getaway. We will definitely be back!

Staff were exceptionally attentive, polite, and helpful. Hotel cleanliness, room comfort, options within the premises to dine, overall was great! I had to think for a bit to identify anything ‘negative’. Maybe one thing to see about improving is the elevators take a longtime and crowded.

It was simply beautiful. We were very impressed with every aspect of our stay.

We have visited this hotel several times already and it is always amazing. Service is the best, the food is great and there are several very good restaurants in the buildings. The people working there are also amazing, very attentive and personal! The pool at the hotel is not very large, but very nice. Also in the sister hotel you can use the pool and beach. They have a very nice garden as well. Just don't expect the same level of service as in Grosvenor House. Rooms are spacious and cleaning is immaculate

This hotel is exceptional and I loved every minute I spent there! From fluffy beds to delicious restaurants, GH has it all. Staff is amazing and they cater to all your needs and beyond. Check the beautiful bar on the 44th floor or chill on the balcony or dine in the spectacular restaurants .... You will love your stay and never want to check out. Pool - it could be updated to something more attractive.
