I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. Before arriving, I contacted the hotel to ask if I needed a reservation to watch the FIFA matches at McGettigan’s. I clearly explained that I wanted to book for 18 and 19 July, and the hotel representative replied, “Ok, sure,” which reasonably led me to believe my request had been accepted. However, when I arrived, I was told there was no booking. On top of that, I was informed that there was a minimum spend of AED 200 per person, something that was never mentioned during our conversation. Had I been informed in advance, I could have made different plans. The communication was unclear and misleading, and it was especially disappointing as I was staying at the hotel with my family. I hope the hotel improves its communication and ensures guests receive clear confirmation and complete information before arrival. I also believe the reception staff should be better trained on how to handle situations like this. Instead of raising their voice at guests and avoiding responsibility for a clear miscommunication, they should listen professionally, show empathy, and work towards resolving the issue.

The location,the staff and the hotel itself.its all worth our stay.If ever in the future we will go back to Dubai. It will be the same Hilton jumeirah Not the hotel.we just came on the month of June which is very hot althought best for 5 am beach.

Breakfast was good. Several staff were very helpful and pleasant—particularly the restaurant manager, the lost-and-found team, and a night duty manager—which made us feel safe. The beach is beautiful, and the overall facilities are good. Dinner on Friday was acceptable, although the advertised "Barbecue Night" had no barbecue. On other nights the food was very poor—not what you'd expect at a five-star hotel. Some staff were unhelpful and behaved unprofessionally. Room security felt inadequate, as staff entered rooms and returned later without warning. Additionally, unexpected extra charges were applied. Do not try to enjoy your food, because after sometime they ask you to leave (Kick you out)
