Ayesha, Renuka, Gokul, and their manager were incredibly kind, welcoming, and compassionate. When I explained that my daughter had undergone surgery and that I was exhausted before driving back to Abu Dhabi, they kindly allowed me a very late checkout until 9 p.m. The room was comfortable, the service was excellent, and they also offered me some great deals. Honestly, there was nothing I disliked about my stay. The team went above and beyond to make a difficult and tiring day much easier for me.

What a lovely combination of wonderful staff, spotless rooms and overall great facilities. Food was delicious. I didn't have a single complaint. The location was a bit remote but if you're there to get away, it's so relaxing.

Very nice hotel, right in business bay area everything was very close to most of the locations. Pool area is very beautiful and always clean.

Accessible from the main road either Al Khail or Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road, either to work or back home in Abu Dhabi Road. Everything especially the Receptionist who checked us in, very polite and smart with no issues upon in and out. The room upgrade was a mood lift and the 36 hours staycation helped me relax and work online before checking out, great housekeeping service.

The staff was fantastic (especially Daniel); the breakfast was good and overall feel really positive. I liked everything. The location is not the best, but it is pretty close with a taxi to the train to the city and if you are going to the convention center it is fantastic because you don't have to cross the city.
