Beautiful hotel, outstanding breakfast, great service, and everyone goes out of their way to assist you!!!! Our carpet was not bad, but it was not up to the standards of the rest of the hotel. NO A WARNING, BUT A MESSAGE TO THE ADMINISTRATION. When I go back to Dubai, I will surely stay at the Jumeirah Emirates Towers even if I get the same room.

Outstanding Free Breakfast, Beautiful Hotel, Great Location, hit-or-miss with the front desk staff; all the other staff were very pleasant and professional. The carpet in the room was stained in high-traffic areas.

The cleanness of rooms and hotel were top notch. Staff were all very helpful and kind all over the hotel. Rooms have good view as well. The price seem too much in comparison to hotels around the world for what you get in return which is a bit limited.

Laundry service was too expensive. Coming from a long trip it would have been convenient to have laundry done at the hotel.

Great location, very close to DIFC - very clean, nice stuff, quiet. Amazing breakfast. Architecturally the towers and the Museum look stunning.

The eButler was very prompt in responding to our questions and requests. Also, there were many dining options available, and we loved the three we tried, especially the evening social at Mi Amie. The hotel was very centrally located, close to attractions such as the Dubai Frame, Dubai Mall/Burj Khalifa, and the Spice and Gold Souks. We stayed on the lower floor, so we could hear the music from Mi Amie late into the night. We were on vacation, so the music selection was excellent, but I wish it had been quieter.

the arabic coffee guy was so friendly and welcoming I booked king size bed for me and my wife non smoking but when i arrived they gave me the option of having a king size bed in a smoking section or two separate beds in a nonsmoking section. I had to choose to sleep separately because i can't stand smoking. I also asked for a check out at 1 pm instead of 12 noon but were not allowed

Breakfast had loads of options with a little rotation each day. The staff handled everything from when I first arrived to loading the Uber leaving. I hardly had to do anything. Best hotel experience I've had. I would highly recommend this place for any first time Dubai visitors. It has direct access to Museum of the Future, Hop on Hop off stop, and to the metro. Uber drivers always on site so you never wait more than 30 seconds to have them pull up. Room was clean, great view, had everything I wanted. Lobby was neat too. I wish I had a higher floor lol. Nothing was bad about this place. Really torn on trying a new hotel and a new spot or just stick with Jumeriah Emirates Tower for every stay.
