Common areas definitely need an update

I honestly encountered few problems One of them was the hygiene! Second thing was that i wanted to have a few quiet calm moments , and the guests next to me were really noisy i raised the issue to the receptionist who did nothing about it. So overall location and desk staff were good but i honestly i won’t recommend it to anyone.

Its attached to the marina mall great location to the beach but so far from most of the attractions like citywalk and downtown Honestly it was a great experience Wonderfull staff and an amazing view

The staff were very helpful and friendly The hotel very clean and the pool very nice Breakfast buffet was not up to expectation, selection wise was poor and under staffed - Hotel dining without in-house restaurants was disappointing Room service selection and food quality was great

Everything was fine. One operator, I believe she was from Uganda was exceptional and the doormen were super nice, all of them. I lost my sunglasses in the hotel ( expensive sunglasses) and have found them. I concluded they were stolen. This greatly influenced my rating.
