Valet is the worst valet i have ever seen they gave me randomly ticket for valet and keep my key on the disk can any one take the key and when i ask to bring my car takes around 30 - 40 minutes each time , i room wasn’t clean enough, dirty furniture

A lot of construction in the hotel leading to a lot of disturbance and tap in the washroom wasn’t working.

I arrived very early and the staff was very helpful checking my luggage and getting a room ready as early as possible. The breakfast was also very good with many options and helpful staff. The water pressure was poor.

The front desk was nice. Check-in was easy. The room was sleek, modern and clean. The bed was very comfy. Housekeeping was daily and thorough. The hotel is clean and has a wonderful scent throughout. Its quiet and you can't hear your neighbors. The convenience of having Gold Souk metro on-site was great! The surprise that the gold/spice souk and old dubai is directly across the street. Max grill has tasty and affordable food right in the building. That i couldn't check in early after a 12 hour flight. Accent pillows on bed smell, please remove. Always having to search for the bartender on rooftop lounge.
