But honestly, the biggest strength of this place is the staff. Everyone is incredibly professional, polite, helpful, and genuinely attentive. A special mention goes to Mohammad Zaheer, who somehow appears everywhere at once like a five-star hotel version of the Force. He helps arrange rooms, solves problems instantly, and handles difficult situations with impressive calm and professionalism. Today I watched him deal with a very agitated guest — who may or may not have been conducting his own personal audition for “Dubai’s Got Emotional Damage” — and Mohammad handled it perfectly, respectfully, and professionally from start to finish. Also a big thank you to the cleaning crew, especially Ishor, who does an excellent job. The rooms are cleaned every day thoroughly and professionally, and the attention to detail is obvious. Overall, one of the most consistently reliable and welcoming hotels I stay at.

I stated there two times because the service was exceptional ! Mr.Labeeb was very friendly and professional . He ensured that we feel comfortable during our stay. He helped us with 9 suitcase ! Rooms are very clean and good size too.Breakfast is tasty too ! All good
