Location. Breakfast. Bathroom have only one shower glass door. Very wet floor when took bath. From 11pm to 4 am very loud music. Very annoying. Hard to sleep.

The dj sound of night club is very loud during night I booked the hotel to have good sleep to begin my next day freshly.. Anything disturb my sleep like “dum dum “sounds will make me feel disappointed and not book the hotel again i hope they will solve this problem in future Because the hotel is very good except for these loud sound .

A/c temp was not able to lower when needed. Hot water not available & after contacting your technician got warm water & not hot. Bath towel is not clean as expected.

I booked a room for 2 guests but the reception said each room is for one person and charged us extra 100 dhs for one more person

Staff was good Breakfast cleanliness and ambience is very bad just like sitting in cafeteria As this is closed area smell is coming Night time and day time Music sound was terrible I could not slip I woke up at 12 and could not slip until morning

The location The property need to improve more, renovate the rooms by painting or installing new wall paper, changing to new furnitures and please concentrate more on toilets.

Staff was good and helpful The bed was disformed and the walls were rusty and the wall paper was removed due to humidity, prostitutes everywhere in the hotel

The location 1. Were made to wait for long in getting the room 2. The room cupboard was broken. The bathroom tile was broken. The toilet flush was not working 3. Bathroom is very congested 4. Room size is not that good 5. Breakfast had limited options

I had a wonderful experience with the front desk staff during my stay. The name of the staff is Sahil Rajput. He was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and professional. Every request I had was handled promptly, and he made the check-in and check-out process smooth and hassle-free. His warm and welcoming attitude truly enhanced my stay. The bed was fine, but I was disappointed that I couldn’t get extra towels. When I called housekeeping, they said only two towels are allowed per room. Considering the premium price, it felt unreasonable and quite frustrating.
